Breaking down long term goals and using clarity of causation to get there
I think it is massively important to determine your mission statement in life. Without this, regardless of whether you hit all of your targets, or create the life you are after, perfect health and body, financial freedom, etc, there will always be an element of emptiness. For me, my why is YOU. I was put on this earth to help people live better. That is why I coach health and fitness; that is why I practice medicine. I am passionate and completely obsessed with sharing with you this remarkable gift.
I think one of the most painful experiences in life that has given so much value to my ambitions is seeing a loved one suffer with poor health or disease. There is nothing that can make you feel more helpless than wanting to take the pain away from someone you love who is ill. I’m sure any parent can identify with that feeling, but there are so many others that, perhaps don’t have children yet and have been placed in this life circumstance.
So that is my why. It’s you. To help you realize your potential. To help you create your own health, lifestyle, level of fitness you imagine. My why is to help you realize the dream you’ve had for yourself for so long but haven’t quite figured out the specific steps to getting there. I take so much pride in accepting everything that you are right now and removing the barriers between you and the version of you that you want to become. I believe in the best version of you and that is why our relationship works. To me, you are already remarkable, and you have everything you need to succeed.
What is your why?
